NHMU's Volunteer Continuing Education Lecture Series presents "The Viking Age: Cultural Transitions," by Kristina Stelter, master of letters, Celtic and Viking archaeology.
A penchant for heavy metal music, fantasy novels, and Dungeons and Dragons sparked Stelter's interest in Norse mythologies at an early age. She went on to attend the University of Glasgow, where she studied Celtic and Viking archaeology.
Learn more about Stelter and her research during our Volunteer Continuing Education Lecture Series on Wednesday, June 14, at 6 p.m.
The lecture will take place in the Swaner Forum at the Natural History Museum of Utah, Rio Tinto Center. This event is open to NHMU volunteers and staff, University of Utah students, faculty, and staff, and to the general public with Museum admission.
No RSVP is required. Seats will be reserved for late-arriving volunteers.
