HOLIDAY SPIRITS: DAY 2
Last Minuet Party

- 6 oz Rye
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao
- 1/3 cup course ground coffee (Blue Copper house blend is what is used)
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper Corn
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 4 Orange Peels
- Rosemary (garnish)
- French Press
- 8 small coffee cups or tea cups
- Y - peeler
Add: rye, creme de cacao, black pepper corn, brown sugar and orange peel to press.
Add: hot water 1/4 of the way, steep for 1 minuet
Add: coffee and remaining water to the top
Steep 3 minuets, stir, add remaining water and steep for 1 minuet. Press, server, garnish.
